“Come not between a dragon and her wrath, bitch!” Vivienne said with a powerful wallop — she don’t slap like a girl, she punches like a woman. She walloped Ebonette right in her fool face, knocked that bitch out cold. She landed like a rejected potato, while Vivienne launched a second fist straight for September.
The distance was too far for Vivienne to aim that punch though, and she only glancingly connected with September’s shoulder. September’s eyes bugged out, and she growled at Vivienne. They both feinted for each other, but Vivienne missed entirely while September grabbed a wad of Vivienne’s hair.
And then that was it, the fight was over because Johnny Redcob arrived.
He jumped into the room with a bark and a smack, and he commanded attention like only a man can. “Hey!” He gave no command, but he did his bouncer jujitsu or maybe the Native American equivalent, but it somehow separated September and Vivienne before either of them knew it had happened. He was good at that. This was not the first escort brawl he had broken up.
