Scotty Sambone was a short spit of a man, with one heavily tattooed sleeve that ended just past his elbow. He was so tanned he looked Portuguese, but Poahi did not think Scotty Sambone was Portuguese. He was just a white man who spent all his time on the beach, with a rugged sea-cucumber-like face.
